At R for Rabbit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion find isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn, unwashed garments with original tags attached back into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
